By making your booking with James Fallon Drum Tuition you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
Lessons are non-transferable The drum lesson(s) are for the named recipient only and are to take place at the time agreed in advance.
Changes to agreed lesson times are permitted under the following conditions:
More than 24 hours notice: No cost, your lesson will be rearranged for another time.
Less than 24 hours notice or no notice (failing to turn up):
Full cost of the lesson is due, you will not receive a replacement lesson.
Missing or forgetting a lesson will result in no refund and no replacement lesson
This applies to lessons paid in advance and lessons paid pro-rata.
Lessons must end at the agreed end time
If you are late for whatever reason, the lesson cannot usually run beyond the agreed lesson end time. Genuine unavoidable lateness (for example, due to public transport delays) will always be considered and we will do our best to compensate for 'lost time', although we offer no guarantee that this will be possible.
You must contact James on 07983 580 694 if you need to rearrange a lesson for another time and leave a message if there is nobody to answer your call. Please endeavour to try to notify James on his mobile phone if you are running late for your lesson.
Additional terms for block-bookings (including gift vouchers)
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Lessons booked as a course / block-booking should be taken no less frequently than one lesson per month. Gaps between lessons of more than one month will automatically cancel the remainder of the course and no refund can be given.
